Barbara Rudloff PT, DPT, OCS
Physical TherapistBarbara Rudloff, PT, DPT, OCS received her Bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy College. She first became passionate about physical therapy after tearing her ACL playing basketball requiring reconstruction surgery. During this challenging experience, she saw first-hand how physical therapy could improve what felt like a hopeless situation and help return to pre-injury form. Since surgery, she has been able to complete 4 half marathons and numerous smaller races. Barbara completed her affiliations in two orthopedic outpatient clinics, an inpatient rehabilitation with NY Health and Hospitals Coney Island, and completed her final rotation with MOTION Sports Medicine – Leffert Gardens. Barbara first started with MOTION while studying for her DPT, working as a part time aid, before moving on to be a student and now part of the team in the role as a full-time physical therapist. In her free time, she volunteers with a children’s basketball organization as a coach. Barbara plans to obtain her Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and RRCA Level I Running Coach certificates this year. She enjoys working in sports medicine and with pediatric populations.
