Denise Hendrick OTR/L, CHT
Occupational TherapistDenise Hendrick, OTR/L, CHT received her Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University. Denise is a certified fieldwork educator and her certification as an Office Ergonomic Evaluator is pending. Denise has been an Occupation therapist for 33 years and has been a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) for 20 of those years. She has worked in a variety of settings including an outpatient orthopedic clinic, a hospital setting working on a rehabilitation floor, inpatient and in a wound clinic. During this time, Denise had the opportunity to attend numerous hand and shoulder surgeries that allow her a better understanding of surgical procedures and outcomes. Denise is a member of the American Society of Hand Surgeons which helps her stay abreast of new protocols and surgical techniques.
