Physical TherapistEdwina (Winnie) Lizardo PT, DPT, CSCS received her Bachelor of Science at Ithaca College studying Sport and Exercise Science with a medical concentration. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. While in PT school, Winnie became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Winnie has completed several certifications including Mat Pilates, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) practitioner, and Adult and Infant First Aid.
She has years of experience treating orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting including post-operative care, sports injuries, overuse injuries, joint pain, muscle strains, and many other diagnoses. Winnie was a college athlete and continues to play soccer, run races, and stay active with a variation of individual workouts and group classes.
