Meet Our Physical Therapists

Mansi Shah, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist licensed to practice in the State of New York for the past four years. She acquired her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College. She has experience in the treatment of orthopedics, geriatrics, sports medicine, post-operative and pre-operative cases at outpatient facilities. She also specializes in workplace injuries to help patients get back on their feet and help improve body mechanics to prevent future injury. Mansi spends her free time performing Indian classical dance which inspired her to study how movement is created and corrected. Her goal is to continue gaining knowledge in manual therapy and posture training to enhance her treatment and help patients return to all activities quickly.

Kelly Doyle, PT, DPT is a physical therapist licensed to practice in the State of New York. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelors in Science in Health Science Studies from Quinnipiac University. Kelly has been practicing as a pediatric physical therapist for six years. She has experience working in a preschool for children with disabilities, clinic and home based early intervention, and home care for medically complex children. Kelly specializes in treating children with toe walking, autism, in-toeing, and torticollis conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking at home or trying new restaurants, and practices yoga, Pilates, and barre. Kelly is excited to implement the pediatric outpatient therapy program at MOTION Sports Medicine on Long Island and use her expertise to assist more children and their families.

Nicole Layug, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist licensed to practice in the State of New York. She graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Nicole has a wide range of experience treating patients of all ages in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Her compassion and attention to her patients’ health demonstrates her dedication to helping improve their quality of life through movement. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling to new cities in which her recent favorite destination became Venice, Italy. Her goal is to visit Southeast Asia for her next big trip. During her travels, she likes to explore different bookstores. Her passion for books inspires her to visit new places and explore different cultures.

Greg Pando, PT, DPT, CSCS is a physical therapist licensed to practice in the State of New York. He graduated from Hunter College’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program and began practicing in the Franklin Square location since 2019. During his physical therapy training, Greg spent two years working as a mobility technician assisting post-op orthopedic patients at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that enjoys blending strength training, mobility and hands-on manual therapy into his treatment sessions. Outside of the office, Greg is a 10-year member and current captain of the Long Island Rugby Club. He also enjoys running, yoga, and Olympic weightlifting.
