    • Our therapists are in-network with more health plans than other clinics in your area.
      Check out our insurance page for more information!
    • Talk to us about injuries, surgeries, your activity level and goals.
    • When appropriate, schedule appointments 3x/week for 6-8 weeks for best results.
    • In the beginning, we measure, evaluate, and assess your mobility.
    • Let your doctor know about your appointments and how you’re doing.
  2. Let’s Work Together
    • Arrive 10 minutes early. 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.
    • Be ready for an active appointment and come ready to work.
    • Home exercises are prescribed to help you meet your treatment goals.
    • Ask your therapist questions. Don’t hold back.
  3. Your Financial Responsibility
    • We’ll help you understand what is paid for, how many visits to expect, and how much it will cost out of pocket.
    • We can help you verify your insurance coverage and benefits.
  4. What To Do After Treatment
    • Remember to follow your aftercare instructions.
    • Follow up with your doctor.
    • Let us know how you are doing.
    • Let us know about your experience by completing our survey.
