Antonio Rios DPT
Physical TherapistAntonio Rios, DPT, received his physical therapy degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and is licensed to practice physical therapy in New York. He has over six years of clinical experience in the treatment of orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, and sports-related injuries. Antonio has primarily worked in outpatient settings and has acquired extensive knowledge regarding manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols throughout his time as a travel PT, moving from state to state. Antonio takes great pride regarding his treatment sessions and always provides a hands-on approach, with a huge emphasis on patient education. He has a vested interest in empowering patients to feel in control of their health and sincerely enjoys when he is able to provide relief and satisfaction to patients with chronic or acute injuries. Antonio decided to become a physical therapist when he volunteered as a PT aide and really grew to appreciate the steady growth a patient makes week to week until they reach their goals. Antonio sincerely enjoys his career and has not lost his drive to continue learning and teaching so that he may best serve his patients.
