Occupational Therapist

The personal and professional experiences of Rachel Seltzer, MS/OTR/L, CAPS, ECHM, SHSS, CFPS, have fueled her passion for working with older adults, and their families, to help them age in place successfully. Recognized as an aging-in-place leader, she is a tech-savvy occupational therapist with extensive expertise in assessing and improving safety for older adults, building data-driven solutions, and marketing outcome-based products and clinical operations from start-up growth to national scale. Built on over 25 years of experience in the treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric. Rachel received her Masters Degree from Towson University, is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist with the National Association of Home Builders, and a Senior Safety Specialist with Age Safe America. In addition, received her Executive Certificate in Home Modification from The USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and is a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist. A native New Yorker, Rachel currently resides in Annapolis enjoying life on the water.
