					I took my mother to the Urgent Care there. Every person there was extremely pleasant and helpful even though they were quite busy. I especially appreciated the fact that the nurse practitioner, when asking my mother about how she was feeling, actually sat down and looked at her and listened to what she was saying. It was a positive experience and we left there feeling that we had received quality care. I would definitely be willing to go there again even though it is a bit farther for me than a number of other Urgent Care places.

					I have been to the pediatrics, OBGYN, and lab at this building. All have been wonderful experiences! The wait is brief and everyone is super friendly. They now have kiosks to check in when you first arrive making it more efficient. We have been so happy with our care from the nurses to our doctors, Dr Christina Tierney and Dr. Maria Fung.  Everyone has been thorough and compassionate. We feel so grateful for our experiences here, especially being new parents!

					I can't express how grateful I am for the whole team at Motion Sports Medicine-Carmel location. I had a serious injury a year ago that resulted surgery for a radial head replacement. I was feeling really vulnerable at the start of my recovery process, but upon starting PT at Motion with Zach, I felt instantly seen, comfortable, and safe. Zach was able to balance motivation, encouragement, and exertion with kindness, compassion, and empathy. My recovery process from start to finish was extremely rocky in multiple ways, but Zach was committed to adapting his approach and helping me work through all of the blocks I experienced, physically, emotionally, and mentally.



Truly at heart, Zach is committed to best supporting each and every one of his patients to reach their recovery goals, while demonstrating sensitive, individualized, and personalized care with all patients. Further, Zach has a wonderful team behind him that are so supportive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and collaborative, eager to raise the bar for physical therapy treatment. Some I worked with in passing and others were present (Yu-na, Jeffrey, Consiglia, Jill, Jeremy, Taylor) throughout all/most of my treatment. Carmel’s entire team helped me to find the strength, confidence, and self-compassion needed for me to move through this incredibly difficult process.

					Even though I was criminally injured in an assault and left with incomplete diagnosis. Your Carmel team heard me and even when my insurance was wrongfully cancelled you advised me to get an MRI  on my shoulder . Thanks to  Dr. JEFFERY . H e was correct. 					I cannot recommend this highly enough. My physical therapist is Jeffrey Alvarez and he explains everything thoroughly, is patient but puts you through what you need to improve your mobility.



The entire staff is excellent. They are very accommodating in terms of scheduling. I'm very aware of Burke and Aon and Motion is far superior. You spend the entire session with your therapist.

					I am having a great experience at Motion on Smith St. I work with John primarily and I feel stronger which makes me feel safer day to day with my injury. The exercises are set to my ability, and increase as I progress. What I love a lot is the variety of exercise keeps me engaged.

It’s a very inviting space with Stephanie keeping order at the front to every therapist you pass along the way.

					Extremely impressed with MOTION Sports Medicine - Brooklyn Heights, particularly in working with Angel Tzuting Tomlinson, PT, DPT, in my early, post-op recovery period from hip surgery.  After 3 years of various running injuries and rounds of PT in the city, this is hands down the best PT experience I've had to date.  Angel is attentive, highly skilled and knowledgeable, efficient and diligent.  I have never felt the session was rushed or too quick. The atmosphere is quiet, clean, and not overcrowded with patients.  The space is replete with nice, tasteful decor and music.  The support staff is equally impressive; Stephanie is always so cheerful and helpful, from billing inquiries to scheduling.  I am grateful for the recommendation to attend this PT location and would like to pass along the recommendation to others!  They have it all figured out, you must see for yourself.
