MOTION Garden City is located at 585 Stewart Avenue, directly behind the Starbucks/Verizon/FedEx strip mall. Look for the roadside “Roosevelt Field” street sign at the traffic light on Stewart Avenue to help guide you – this is the best landmark for finding the correct entrance, as the turnoff is not clearly marked. From here, patients can enter through our dedicated ground-floor parking lot entrance on the east side of the building. 

If you are coming from Roosevelt Field, you can access the buildings’ dedicated parking lot immediately off Ring Road (south). This lot will take you to the second floor of the building. Our clinic is located on the first floor (LL-32).
