Tailored programs to meet your specific needs

Prehabilitation & Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

Working with a MOTION therapist increases your chance of success from orthopedic surgery. Our PTs are experts at restoring joint range of motion, strength, function, and flexibility while working to reduce pain before and after surgery.

Sports Physical Therapy

At MOTION, our PTs are experts in the biomechanics of sports injuries and how to rehabilitate them, whether from a sprain or tear of a ligament or tendon, fracture, or another orthopedic injury. We aim to return you to your sport quickly and safely.

Chronic Conditions

Managing chronic pain is a complex task that generally requires multiple specialties to work together, including physical therapy. At MOTION, our therapists work with other healthcare providers to target the underlying cause of the pain and try to restore your mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Balance Physical Therapy

At MOTION, we know that good balance and stability involves much more than just fall prevention. Improving them means optimizing your strength, coordination, and vestibular system and ensuring they work seamlessly together so you feel stable all the time.

Hand and Upper Extremity Rehab

Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) are licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists who specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) requires passing the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC) exam, over 4,000 hours of hands-on experience, and at least 5 years of practice. Our experts provide specialized care for conditions affecting the arms, shoulders, elbows, hands, wrists, and fingers, helping you recover and regain function.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

At MOTION, our pediatric therapists are here to support children of all ages. Whether your child needs treatment for an injury or ongoing care for a condition, our dedicated clinicians focus on helping them leave therapy feeling happy, accomplished, and moving toward increased mobility and independence.
