Physical TherapistMark Fletter, PT, began his professional journey by earning a degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training in 1994. He later advanced his education, graduating from Naugatuck Valley Community College in 2002 with an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy. With over 31 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine, Mark has worked closely with physicians to develop bridge programs designed to help athletes return to the field safely and efficiently.
Specializing in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols, Mark has played a key role in developing comprehensive exams to ensure athletes are fully prepared to re-enter their sport. He strongly believes that movement is the foundation of successful rehabilitation and integrates athletic movement into treatment plans for patients of all ages and fitness levels.
Mark emphasizes that true success in rehabilitation comes from active patient participation. His programs are carefully crafted to keep individuals engaged and challenged, encouraging 100% effort to maximize their potential.
