Clinic DirectorMatthew Mariani, OTR/L, is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and graduate of Quinnipiac University with extensive experience in the greater New York area. He specializes in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation, advancing his expertise through continuous education and close collaboration with hand and wrist surgeons.
Matt has trained under the Chief of Hand Surgery at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, refining his skills in custom splinting, complex bracing, and manual therapy for patients recovering from trauma and disease. He has significant experience treating postoperative shoulder and elbow conditions, as well as rehabilitating athletes across various levels through tailored exercise programs and neuromuscular rehabilitation techniques.
Dedicated to restoring function and preventing future injury, Matt blends his deep clinical knowledge with emerging approaches in education, nutrition, and alternative modalities to help manage pain and inflammation.
