Physical TherapistNasreen Altaf Shaikh, PT, MBA, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist with a diverse clinical background spanning international and U.S. healthcare settings. She earned her physical therapy education in India and later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Touro University.
Nasreen has experience treating orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions across outpatient and skilled nursing settings. She takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach focused on restoring mobility, function, and independence.
Her perspective as both a clinician and former patient shapes her empathetic approach to care, allowing her to better support and motivate individuals throughout their recovery. Outside of the clinic, Nasreen enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and connecting with nature.
