Kinesiology is a licensed physical therapist in New York State with a strong foundation in evidence-based care and a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation. She earned her degree in physical therapy from Mumbai, India, and went on to complete her Master’s in Kinesiology at Dallas Baptist University.
With 1.5 years of clinical experience, Ruteeka has provided comprehensive care across a range of specialties including geriatrics, musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as neurological therapy. She integrates her academic training in kinesiology with practical, hands-on techniques to restore mobility, enhance functional outcomes, and improve her patients’ overall quality of life.
Ruteeka’s interest in physical therapy was sparked by her passion for understanding human movement, which she deepened through her education and clinical practice. Outside of physical therapy, she is an avid table tennis player, having been part of her college team and representing it in regional competitions. Her sports background enriches her approach to rehabilitation, where she emphasizes strength, coordination, and agility.
She also enjoys painting as a form of mindfulness and self-expression, she is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment that supports both physical recovery and emotional well-being.
