Best physical therapy in Yonkers! Alma is amazing! She is compassionate, but pushes you be your best self. She is confident and knowledgeable. She was my PT, after I had foot surgery. She really helped me to reach my goals. Every session, I got stronger, and more confident. The staff is so nice and professional. Receptionist is always greeting everyone with a smile. George is so helpful and kind. Joe I met today, is just as kind. They have such a positive group of people working together. They are the dream team of Physical therapy! I'm very happy with this facility. Ellen Cheung is very nice and professional Physical Therapist. She evaluated me very well and explains things to me regarding my treatments and any questions I have pertaining to my body.

As I continue to go for my therapy sessions at this clinic for my knee, I found that I felt really comfortable at this location because I notice the therapists were really kind and patience with their patients. In my situation I had swelling in my knee and was experiencing pain and was having trouble walking so I felt helpless. However, I could have never imagine how the exercise I received at the clinic and the exercise they gave me to do at home would help me to feel better. Immediately, I found that my knee felt normal again and I wasn't experiencing pain any more. I would referred them to my family and friends if they ever have an injury and I would go back to them if I ever need therapy again. They all are wonderful therapists.

I highly recommend Motion Sports Medicine in Franklin Square. The staff are all so nice and made me feel comfortable. The facility is clean, friendly and the PT's are all highly trained and professional. I work with Carmine. He is excellent and has helped my neck and back pain tremendously, and I love the 1:1 personalized attention that Motion Sports Medicine provides. I have been to other physical therapy facilities, and this one is definitely the best in the area.

The entire team there was very helpful and knowledgable. They explained the exercises thoroughly. Going there has really helped my recovery.

I like personal attention I get from my trainer. In addition the staff work well with each other.

Motion was fast to respond to my inquiry after my pain management Doc. referred physical therapy. They responded with in 24 hrs and when I missed their call they responded with in 2 hrs from me returning their call and getting me in for my first appointment within about 2 weeks, other places wanted me to go on a waiting list for 6-8 weeks just to get a call back to make an appointment that would be another 6-8 weeks. So Motion most definitely was fast.

The staff is great and all are very nice. Ellen my PT is awesome. I really appreciate the help with correcting posture and balance issues causing me pain. I look forward to my appointments and slowly taking what I learn and working it into a daily routine.

Christopher is a wonderful therapist. He understands exactly how to make you feel comfortable even in pain. He takes time to listen to you and takes extra care so you'll feel confident.
