The Challenge: Move Into Healthy Aging
A 7-day “Healthy Aging Movement” challenge:
- Day 1: Heel-to-toe walk (10 steps forward, turn, repeat 3x)
- Day 2: Sit-to-stand from a sturdy chair (10 reps)
- Day 3: Seated trunk rotations (10 each side)
- Day 4: Floor-to-stand practice (with a chair for support)
- Day 5: Side leg raises (10 each side)
- Day 6: Chest opener stretch (hold 30 seconds, repeat 2x)
- Day 7: Posture check + 5 slow deep breaths
