Falls are one of the most common causes of injury—but balance isn’t something you lose forever. At MOTION, we believe balance can be trained and improved at any age. That’s why we designed this quick 5-day challenge to help you steady your stride and stay confident on your feet.
- Day 1: Stand on one foot for 30 seconds (each side).
- Day 2: Walk heel-to-toe across a hallway or room.
- Day 3: Practice sit-to-stands without using your hands (10 reps).
- Day 4: Side steps with a mini squat (10 each direction).
- Day 5: Balance on one leg and turn your head side to side (10x).
