Arif believes that patients of all ages and abilities can improve function, confidence, and movement capacity through thoughtful, goal-oriented rehabilitation. His treatment philosophy centers on empowering patients to build trust in their bodies and achieve activities they may not have thought possible prior to therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Arif enjoys staying active through strength training and weightlifting, which continue to shape his appreciation for movement, resilience, and physical performance.
