Certified Golf Fitness (TPI)

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. TPI-certified physical therapists are trained to assess the physical characteristics that influence how a golfer moves, identifying limitations in mobility, stability, and strength that may be affecting swing mechanics, performance, or contributing to injury.

At MOTION, our TPI-certified physical therapists combine golf-specific movement assessment with evidence-based rehabilitation to help golfers of all ages and skill levels move better, swing more efficiently, and stay healthy on the course.

Who Can Benefit

A TPI assessment and golf fitness program is appropriate for a wide range of golfers, including:

  • Golfers experiencing pain or injury related to their swing or time on the course
  • Players looking to improve swing mechanics and consistency
  • Those returning to golf following injury or surgery
  • Junior golfers looking to develop better movement habits and improve their swing
  • Competitive and recreational golfers looking to maximize performance and longevity

  • Balance, stability, and proprioception work
