Physical TherapistPayal Brahmbhatt, PT, MS, earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India and her Master of Science in Exercise Science from Adelphi University. She is a licensed physical therapist with extensive clinical experience treating orthopedic, neurologic, cardiopulmonary, pediatric, geriatric, and sports-related conditions across diverse care settings.
Payal has advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise, with a focus on restoring movement and functional independence. Her clinical interests include post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatric care, where she emphasizes individualized, evidence-based treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Payal enjoys staying active and creative through dance, hiking, and painting, and values spending quality time with her family.
