Clinical Rotations
Clinical Rotations are designed for Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology students. This critical part of your training will allow time to learn, refine your skills, and prepare you for your career under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

Student Observations/Shadowing
Student Observation/Shadow experiences are designed for undergraduate students seeking to attend Physical Therapy school to observe in the clinical setting. Requests for observations should be submitted by the individual student.
Leadership Development
MOTION PT Group Understands the importance of providing structured leadership training and continued support to our leaders throughout the lifespan of our employees. We host an immersive leadership course that culminates in an on-site experience to assist in putting theory into practice. You will also be afforded the opportunity to engage in a yearlong leadership and management certification to further support your growth.
Paid Board Certification Training
At MOTION, one of our values is learning never stops. We believe that a growth mindset is incredibly valuable and want to support your journey to board certification and beyond. Our intentional approach to development includes opportunities to enroll in certification and residency programs, all while walking alongside a clinical mentor. Beyond board certification, you can choose to pursue a subspecialty or even further grow into a mentorship or teaching opportunity.

One-on-One Mentoring
In your first 6 months, you will meet weekly and/or co-treat with a personally assigned mentor working side-by-side with the best in the business. Your mentor will maintain regular touchpoints with you throughout your tenure at MOTION.

We offer numerous live and online CEU courses, along with lectures and workshops for every specialty taught by guest experts from leading institutions.
Specialty Training
